That trip was unforgettable. We spent our days in the studio and our nights wandering the city, exploring everything Vancouver had to offer. From strip clubs to dive bars, those adventures were full of laughter and stories that will live on in my heart forever. Brian’s energy was infectious, and he made even the most mundane experiences feel like an adventure.

Whenever I found myself in New York, I made it a point to meet up with him. No matter how much time had passed, our conversations would pick up right where we left off, as if no time had passed at all. That was the kind of friend Brian was—loyal, consistent, and genuinely interested in the lives of those around him.
One of the most fulfilling collaborations of my career was designing the artwork for several of Manufacture’s albums and singles. To this day, I look back at that work with a deep sense of pride, and it’s largely because of Brian. He had a unique way of bringing out the best in everyone he worked with, encouraging them to push creative boundaries and think beyond the ordinary.
