CHEROKEE VILLAGE, AR – Heather Carpenter, a member of the Cherokee Village, Arkansas community and a dedicated staff member of FNBC. Heather, has died.
Known for her gentle spirit and warm smile, Heather was the embodiment of grace and kindness. Whether she was assisting customers at FNBC, volunteering in the community, or spending time with her family, she made every person feel seen, heard, and valued. Her presence brightened every room, and her genuine care for others left a lasting impression on everyone she met.
At FNBC, Heather was more than just a colleague—she was a friend and a pillar of support. Her customers adored her for her thoughtful, personalized approach to service. Heather had an extraordinary ability to make each interaction meaningful, always ensuring that the people she helped felt important and respected. It was common for Heather’s coworkers and customers to express their gratitude for her exceptional customer service and dedication.
