Allen’s journey in the real estate world spanned over 19 years, during which he built an outstanding reputation as a dedicated and trustworthy realtor. He began his career at Century 21, where he and I worked closely together on many deals. Allen was the kind of person you enjoyed working with—a professional who not only got the job done but made the process enjoyable. Over the years, we both moved on to other ventures, but Allen’s presence and work ethic always remained a guiding light for those who knew him. He was not just a great realtor but a good man, the kind of person who left a positive impression on everyone he met.
Allen Fayad was the founder and leader of A Team London, where he continued to inspire and support his colleagues, who regarded him as more than just a boss—he was a friend and mentor. His passion for his work and the care he showed for his clients and colleagues made him a standout figure in the real estate world. His loss is felt deeply by his work family, as well as members of the London Squash Club and the Oaks Golf Club, where Allen was a beloved member.
Born to the late Mohammed Ali Fayad and Shirley Ann McDavid Fayad, Allen grew up in London, Ontario, and attended Clarke Road Secondary School. He was a man deeply rooted in his community and faith, always looking out for others and being there when someone needed a helping hand.
Allen leaves behind his loving wife, Karen Jenkins, and their children: sons Jameel (Samantha) and Kareem (Fatima), and daughter Abbey. He was the proud “Jhudo” to his cherished grandchildren, JJ, Keenan, and Amal, who he adored. His love for his family was apparent in everything he did. He was a devoted brother to Hifa and Anessa Fayad, and a beloved son-in-law to Noel Jenkins. His family was the center of his life, and his joy in being a father and grandfather was evident to all who knew him.
As we remember Allen, we also honor his faith. We ask Allah (SWT) to grant his family patience and strength during this difficult time, to pardon him, make his reception honorable, and admit him into paradise. Ameen.
